Door stopper with magnets

For the doors in the rooms I need a door stop. Otherwise, the door mounting ensures that the door closes. This saves in the winter time a lot of heating energy but is annoying in summer. Other stoppers are constantly flying around on the floor. Often you have to push them under the door with the foot while holding the door. I needed something easier and user-friendly that should not be conspicuous at the door. My choice is a mounting with magnets. At the door, only a small Neodyn magnet is glued or screwed and the holder can be printed in the wall color. You can attach it where it does not bother. If you want to leave the door open, you only need to open the door so far that the magnet gets contact. If you do not open the door so far - which is normal case - the door automatically closes. To dissolve the hold, pull easily on the door. In the closure cap one or two thin magnets can be inserted or glued. This allows you to vary the tensile force. The magnet on the door is glued or screwed. For the door I use Neodym 15x4mm N35 with screw hole or 20x1,5mm N35 glued and for the plug one or two 20x1,5mm N35. Early update: The first version was developed complex with different mounting lengths and a connection with pin joint for adapting the angle in TinkerCAD. Then I implement it in OpenScad and made the length adjustable via the parameterization. The last version is much easier and inconspicuous in OpenScad. The length and the angle of the holder are adjustable. 28.01.22 Update and tip: The double-sided adhesive tape disengaged from the magnet at the door. I did not want to try more violent glue that damages the paint on the door and then also perhapse does not hold, So I use the magnets with screw hole instead of glue. But it's easier to position the magnet in the right place when you put it on the magnet on the holder and attached to the door with adhesive tape. If you open the door carefully and hold the magnet a little bit, then it is for screwing exactly where it generates the largest hold.
