Door stops for Wicket Doors

PVC wicket door stops break with time and stress. Do not throw away your gate, fix it. I modelled this plate to replace the existing stops. It has oblong perforations for depth adjustment. Printed in PLA, it is surprisingly resistant to stress and works perfectly. I printed it on an Alfawise U20, here are the settings I recommend for rigidity and sufficient holding: Layer height 0.1 ; Filling 30% ; Temperature according to your PLA and your environment (with White Geeetech I put 200° and a tray at 35° because I don't have a fairing and the part was a little cool). There is no need for an "adhesion surface" (adhesion edge). (If you have membership issues you can make it all depend on your settings and environment). The 3D file represents a single stop. You have to multiply it if you need more, I had two. For 2 stops there are about 4 hours of printing time.
