This clip designed to grip the top level of your desk by tapering down at a slight angle to ensure it does not slip. I have uploaded the .stl file as well as the .prt to allow you to edit the length of the headphone holder. (I use NS 9.0, but the files will open in SolidWorks, etc.) Currently I use the clip to hold a cheap pair of headphones with a width of 20 mm (.788 in), but this clip can hold my roommates headphones which are 57 mm (2.25 in). Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Geeetech Prusa i3 Pro X Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: Very strait forward print. Use your judgement on infill percentage. You can easily get away with 20% without compromising strength. For this print I used Orange ABS, but PLA would work as well. Post-Printing Problems my printer's z-axis rod is slightly bent, therefore you can see the wobble in the print make sure to put some glue down if you have a cheap bed like I do. it WILL peel.
