SAW FEATHERBOARD - DOUBLE LOCK - BERNARDO SAW - TK 250 PRO - and probably all Bernardo SAW's in this class... TK 200... to 250! If you print this project, and you are happy with the final part, do not forget to buy me a roll of filament - in order for me to be able continue to test and improve these projects or to design new ones! If you are not happy with this design or you have problem with your printed parts - send me a message, we will try to fix it together! :) If you do not want or you can't afford to buy me a roll of filament ... its ok, I still hope you enjoy printing my designs! Pace! Since the " T slots" for my table saw, are smaller than a "regular saw", I was forced to use small bolts sizes. M5 was as big I can go, anyway... for those who own a Bernardo saw ... and see an use for those parts... enjoy! Featherboard comes also in three versions - regarding thickness of part... 10, 20 and 30mm and two versions regarding bolt size used - M4 and M5. All featherboards are having a build-in raft 0.2mm, in order to avoid any surprises during printing! Same goes for the slots and knobs packs! All slots need SUPORT, to be printed !!! All parts are check for naked edges or errors - therefore ... all are going to be printable! If the design is good or if the parts are going to fit... that's another story!
