İ have a custom 3d printer . İ mostly made thing from laser cutted iron. And i couldnt find my self a good cooling fan . So i started looking. i find a design that named integrated fan on thingiverse.My 5015 wasnt fitting it and the cooling wasnt good at aiming under nozzle . So i redesigned from stl on solidwork . But i didnt know the flow simulation on solidwork .So after searching for help I just did it my self . So here is fully cfd optimized ,aim optimized fan duct . (As far as i can ). My E3dv6 is Clone. i am using bmg clone. Direct drive and mounted from back of the motor.(just changed the screws ). This Design supports silicone sock and 3mm metal thermistor. From the picture you can see that i was able to get 80 degree very well on teaching tech's overhang torture(test) on y directions . Even the tiny thing on the center is printed nice and strong (dropped to ground and nothing broke). But from the design right and left (x axis )overhangs didnt came very well . thats because the airflow isnt very good there and the object is very small so edges curled up . So on big models this shouldnt be much problem. 23.10.2021 Update: Added Mirrored Parts as requested . Last picture shows mirrored part. But to be honest i did not try this mirrored version . It should be fine but if you get verybad cooling or something doesnt fit together please let me know in the comments.
