Double Sided Futon Roller (glide) for 1/4-20 hardware

Futon was missing a roller and bolt, so I made this one to use standard 1/4-20 nut and bolt. The fit on the captive nut is very precise, which is better for transferring the stresses, but if this presents an issue for other users I can upsize... or most futon grooves have enough play that you could just scale up by a fraction of a percent. The term "roller" is a misnomer, it kind of just sits there. I've printed these vertically in PLA with both 100% concentric infill and 50% cubic and both seem to be working so far, but it's only been a few days and this is definitely not best practice. You should probably do it sideways in a tougher material, particularly if the futon is expected to see vigorous action.
