Double Sided Slider Puzzle - (Print in place)

thingiverse

I created this from scratch in Blender after trying to print a similar puzzle by lerochchristian. I found his model very interesting and I wanted to try to print it but I had some issues with it. ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5353159 ) I got it to print but it was very tough to separate. I ended up having to print theirs at 120% to get better clearances. I still had to take an exacto knife to it to get the parts separated, and I found it way too easy to accidentally pop a square loose when sliding it. I thought that a design which used 45 degree angles on the interlocking / sliding edges would print, separate, and function better without falling apart. That is why I created this one. This is a simple 8 square puzzle that you can solve on one side, then flip it over and solve the other side (no need to re-scramble first. It separates cleanly with just a little pressure after printing in place. Gently bend it and it should start to work without any trimming or cutting. I posted two versions One prints with indented numbers on the bottom, and embossed numbers on the top side. The other has indented numbers on both sides.
