Disclaimer: Only to be used on private road This system allows for the bike engine to believe it is going at 25km/h (and hence continue to help up to the believed 25km/h) whereas it is going c. 50% faster (based on the ration of the 2 wheels. For this you will need the following extra items: - 1 rubber band 70 x 5mm - 1 rubber band 200 x 10mm - 2 ball bearings 608ZZ - 1 magnet 10x10x3mm - some superglue - 1 polyester thread Print the following (me I did in PTEG) at c. 20-30% infill - Hub part 1 - print 3 copies - Large Pulley - 1 copy - Magnet holder - 1 copy - Pillar small - 1 copy - Pillar big - 1 copy - Nut holder - 2 copies - Holder Part 1 - 1 copy in 50% infill - Holder Part 2 - 1 copy in 50% infill Once the Large Pulley and the Magnet holder are printed, insert the ball bearings and glue their side with superglue Everything is tightened up with 5mm nuts and bolts The 3 "Hub Part 1" have to be placed between the brake disk and the enviolo hub and are held together by using a polyester thread (do a few turns around the Hub Parts and place the threat in the groove. The goal of this "Hub Part" is to maintain the long rubber inside the groove, away from both the (often very hot) disk brake and from the Enviolo hub. Magnet: The 10x10x3mm magnet should fit perfectly in the square hole, but always safer to keep in in place with some superglue. The Shimano speed sensor will obviously need to be moved and has its dedicated spot on the Holder Part 1 (keep in place with yet again a 5mm bolt and nut. Rubber bands: - Use the 70 x 5mm rubber band to connect the "Magnet holder" and the "Large Pulley" - Then connect the read hub and the large Pulley using the 200x100mm rubber band Normal magnet: please either remove it or place it at a position that will not make it come in close contact with the installation when the wheel turns. Note that it is adviseable to always carry a couple of rubber bands. The small one can be changed without taking the wheel off, but the long one requires to take the rear wheel off. The long rubber band typically will last for 500-1000 km and the short rubber band for 1,000-2,000 km.
