X-axis carriage with unbreakable LM8UU holders dove-tailed into the carriage - no screws required :) Suits a Mendel Prusa, Mendel Max, Mendel Pro or any printer with 50mm spaced x-axis. Also features fore and aft fan holders for my VGA fan holder http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:29158, wire loom anchor points at the rear and integrated one-sided belt clamp for T5 or XL belts. I have also included the bearing holder clearance file I used to make the carriage if anyone else wants to have a go at this type of assembly, it automatically creates a gap of 0.25mm to allow the two parts to slide together. 30 September - Updated version XC3.6 with added material to prevent warping. You need to have your printer calibrated to print the close tolerance parts and you will want to accurately measure your filament size prior to slicing to get this to work correctly. Run a 3mm drill through the machine screw holes and it's good to go.
