This is a top-side mounting plate/bracket for [these 4 in. Stacking Tilt Bins from Harbor Freight](https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-storage-organization/parts-storage/4-in-stacking-tilt-bin-56327.html). Two versions are offered: * single dovetail mount: designed for 1 storage bin * double dovetail mount: designed for a pair of connected storage bins (see my photos) I use this plate on the underside of my desk to hold 2 storage bins. Both versions have recessed screw pockets. Both seem to hold very well without any modification.
