DPS3003/5 Lab power supply

DPS3003/5 Lab power supply

thingiverse

The goal of this project was to design enclosures that can fit one or two DPS3003/5 modules with supporting AC/DC power supplies. Enclosures were designed so that they can be easily 3D printed with minimum use of support material. This lab power supply is ideal for hobby use. Since channels are isolated from each other they can be tied together in series for double voltage(60V) or in parallel for double current(10A). **WARNING:** This project requires working with mains voltages. If not handled correctly they are lethal! All parts were printed with 0.4mm nozzle @ 0.2mm layer height. Since I got 0.6mm nozzle last week, all future parts will be printed with 0.32mm layer height which cuts print time roughly in half. Wall thickness should be ~1.2mm and support generation should be on angles below 45 deg. Material used was Devil Design PLA on Ender 3 Pro.
