DPS5005 BT Housing/Gehäuse

This is an enclosure for a DPS5005 voltage converter with Bluetooth and supply board 230V AC to 36V DC. For higher load of the DPS a fan 60x60x15mm was installed, but I also provided a cover without fan. The fan cover is for the inside, so that no cables get into the fan. Four 8mm sockets and two 3mm sockets were used, and Wago terminals (variant of 3 inlets) with spring-loaded contacts were installed. One terminal is inserted into the terminal as a feed from the inside of the housing, two are free for use. M3 screws were used for fastening. Dies ist ein Gehäuse für ein DPS5005 Spannungswandler mit Bluetooth und Versorgungsplatine 230V AC auf 36V DC. Für höhere Belastung des DPS wurde ein Lüfter 60x60x15mm Lüfter eingebaut, ich habe aber auch einen Deckel ohne Lüfter vorgesehen. Das Lüftergitter ist für die Innenseite gedacht, damit keine Leitungen in den Lüfter geraten. Als Buchsen wurden 4 Stück mit 8mm und 2 Stück mit 3mm verwendet zudem wurden Wago-Klemmen(3-Klemmstellen-Variante) mit Federzug zur Kontaktierung eingebaut. Eine Anschlussklemme wird dabei als Einspeisung von der Innenseite des Gehäuse in die Klemme eingeführt, zwei stehen zur Verwendung frei. Als Befestigungs-Schrauben wurde M3 verwendet.
