This is a case for the fairly common DPS5005 Power Supply. It uses the 6" Rackmount case as a base, making it a useful part of your electronics workbench. The back side has a 8mm hole cut out for a standard 5.5 x 2.1mm barrel plug socket. You can power these modules with 6-50V DC, their top output will be a couple of volts below VIN. In this case I'm using a 24V LED power supply, and am looking at adding a battery module to make the whole rack portable. For screws I just used M3 countersunk flat head hex screws, which have more than enough bite to keep the thing together without needing to be manually tapped. However, tolerances of your specific printer may give you varying results. Print Settings Printer: Folgertech FT-5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: This print is fairly sensitive to warping, so I suggest turning off your part cooling fan. A tiny amount of warping is OK, but you'll have fitment issues if it curls too much.
