Dr. Brown Drying Rack

Dr. Brown Drying Rack

thingiverse

This is a drying rack for Dr. Brown baby bottle parts. They have a ton of parts, which makes organizing them to dry a pain. Both the green vent tube and blue vent tube style bottle parts will fit the rack. The MK3 design holds eight nipples and seven vent tubes (short 4 oz tubes and long 8 oz tubes will fit). The MK5 design holds eight nipples, eight vent tube inserts, and seven vent tubes. If you use long (8 oz) vent tubes, two of the vent tube inserts won't be usable anymore. Either design will fit on a 200 x 200 build plate, but it's fairly tight. I've included STLs with/without Meshmixer supports. These STLs will result in a functional piece, I would do some things differently if I made them again: 1. I didn't realize it was possible to increase the number of segments for a circle in SketchUp, so the circles are not very smooth (ie they look like polygons) 2. Relocate the two vent tube inserts that become unusable if you use long (8 oz) vent tubes 3. Increase the diameter of the nipple holders to make accommodating the green nipple parts easier (they're slightly larger diameter than the blue) If you print this in PLA, seal your print. If you print this in PETG, I would still consider sealing your print. Do not print in ABS unless you plan on coating it.
