I added an adapter and "straightened" the model a little using MeshMixer. To fit a standard BT-60 tube, make sure to ENLARGE THE MODEL BY 198.5 PERCENT in your slicing software! Kudos to the designer of the dragon head! It's a terrific model. TIPS: This nose cone has A LOT of drag, so you will need to design your rocket accordingly. If you need to add more weight to the nosecone, you can try printing it with increased infill and you can probably epoxy some lead shots under the crossbeams. Designing and flying a rocket with this nose cone will require prior design and rocketry experience. Please don't do stupid stuff that screws it up for the rest of us.
