Dragon iPhone5 Case (with solid bottom for printing in clear / dual color)

My first dragon case was a cutout stencil made with the iPhone case customizer but the cutout parts were delicate. This is something new I tried that prints two solid layers (only useful if you can print in Clear) then I pause and change the filament to print the remaining part. Instructions The first two layers (if sliced with .27 - .20mm heights) will be printed in Clear (PLA). You can use the Sailfish firmware Pause@ feature or some other method to pause and change the filament to the next color. The stencil and remaining layers will be printed over the solid layers. Here is code for Repetier that I made that you can insert just before layer 2 (really the third layer). You must print from the SD card for this to work. It will wait for the buffer to empty, save the XYZ, move up and wait. You then unload then reload the filament using the LCD interface then when ready select the SD Card -> Continue function.
