This statue is carved out of one solid piece of natural stone and has a height of approx 45 cm. (18 inch). The dragon’s pearl in it’s mouth is actually a loose piece and is pretty much perfectly round; impressive work by a team of 4 students and a master artisan. Render below was done with Blender Cycles: Follow me on Twitter | Instagram | Artstation Software used: Photoscan, Blender, Substance Painter -and B2M. Mesh/Texture specs: 50K triangles. Textureset consists of a Basecolor/Albedo, Normal-, Roughness- and AO map. The preview has a 4K textureset. 8K and 2K texturesets are also included. Viewing tip: check the ‘Matcap+Surface’ option in the model inspector. Also hold ALT+Mouse drag to rotate the lighting.
