These are the army elite, the war-mother’s chosen partners and military officers. Since a war-mother will choose a consort for their military prowess, they tend to actually be the best soldiers in the army. Consort Riders use mounts like War-mother riders, but their saurids are smaller in stature and often quicker, used for precision and fast strikes; for example a skywing or a scytherunner. Due to their size and maneuverability, Consort riders make excellent flanking troops as they easily move into position to crush their enemy opponents. It is truly an honor to march alongside a war-mother. Thus, only those who have proved their mettle rise to the occasion. As riders, they work in unison to circle and trap their targets.
