This is a replication of the small black mount that some flatpack dressers use to mount drawer slides. Half of mine broke, so I mocked up a replacement part for it. I printed mine out of flexible PLA, which helped because the holes came out just barely too small for the screws. Some adjustments may be needed, but they seem to be working well so far.
