Cord stop for all your drawstring needs. There are several other good cord stop designs around that use a pen spring for tension, but I wanted one that was fully plastic, so I made this. It grips just as well as commercial cord stops on cords like shoelace, but when using something more compressible like yarn (as in the pictures) it's only tight enough to prevent accidental slipping. Holes are 5mm diameter, but the inner part doesn't depress all the way so you probably won't be able to get anything larger than 4mm through without some post-print sanding. Standard round shoelaces will fit snugly as-is. I also included the Sketchup file so you can tweak it to meet your specific needs. Add a dab of superglue to the flat end of the plastic spring before inserting it into the outer casing if you want it to stay in place even when the cord is removed. I prefer to just tie a loose knot in the end of the cord to prevent it from slipping back out at all.
