I created the propeller by using the **Drela AG09** airfoil coordinates. All tests were done with the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** All results can be checked below. It was printed at a slow speed, by using a **[0.2mm extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 layer height. I cleaned the final part with a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, it was sanded with a small piece of **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. These are the thrust measurements for some voltage values (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **8.35 grams** - **2V** => **19.7 grams** - **2.5V** => **26.98 grams** - **3V** => **32.85 grams** The files you can download consist of all shots taken during the test, along with 6 txt files that contain airfoil coordinates, the STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. Should you like to use the propeller, you should grab a **[8520 coreless motor](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT extension files, in case you wish to make your own changes to the propeller. **Notice:** The airfoil plotted by using the matplotlib library for python.
