I managed to design the drone propeller with the **Drela AG10** airfoil coordinates. It was tested on the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (test results below). The part was printed with slow speed, with the help of a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 layer height. Cleaned with a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I got to finishing the part with a **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. These are the measurements for a few voltage presets (you can also view these in the images taken during the test): - **1.5V** => **11.69 grams** - **2V** => **20.91 grams** - **2.5V** => **28.88 grams** - **3V** => **36.1 grams** The included files contain all pictures relevant to the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and the SLDPRT files. Should you like to use the propeller, you should grab a couple of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT files, should you desire to adapt the model to suit your needs. **Notice:** Airfoil plotted by using the matplotlib library in python.
