I managed to design this drone propeller by using the **Drela AG11** airfoil. Testing was performed on the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (test results below). I printed this part with a slow setting, with the help of a **[0.2 extruder nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. I deburred and cleaned the print using a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I went on and sanded it with a **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the readings for a few voltage presets (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **13.19 grams** - **2V** => **21.87 grams** - **2.5V** => **30.34 grams** - **3V** => **36.28 grams** The included files consist of all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and the SLDPRT files. Should you like to use the propeller, you should grab a bunch of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT files, should you want to make your own changes to the drone propeller. **P.S.** Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library for python.
