I created this drone propeller with the **Drela AG17** airfoil coordinates. Testing was done using the **[Drone Propeller Thrust Testing Jig](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (all of the results can be seen below). The part was printed with slow speed, using a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 layer height. Cleaned using an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I then got to finish the propeller with a small piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. These are the thrust measurements for a few voltage values (these can also be viewed in the image files): - **1.5V** => **11.14 grams** - **2V** => **21.98 grams** - **2.5V** => **29.87 grams** - **3V** => **36.22 grams** The files I included contain all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. Should you want to have some fun with the propeller, make sure you get a couple of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT extension files, just in case you want to adapt the propeller model to suit your own needs. **Note:** Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library in python.
