This propeller was inspired and designed by using the **Drela AG24** airfoil. Testing was done using the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (test results provided below). The part was printed with slow speed, with the help of a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. The print was cleaned and deburred with the help of a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I went on and sanded it with a piece of **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the thrust readings for a few voltage values (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **14.55 grams** - **2V** => **21.96 grams** - **2.5V** => **28.9 grams** - **3V** => **34.74 grams** The files I included contain all pictures relevant to the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you want to have some fun with this propeller, you need to get a bunch of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT extension files, should you desire to adapt the propeller model to suit your own needs. **Notice:** The airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library for python.
