The propeller was inspired and designed by using the **Drela AG25** airfoil. All testing was done on the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** You can inspect the results below. Part printed at slow speed, with a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. The print was cleaned with an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I then got to finish the propeller with a small piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. These are the measurements for a few voltage presets (also visible in the pictures taken): - **1.5V** => **12.34 grams** - **2V** => **21.25 grams** - **2.5V** => **28.33 grams** - **3V** => **33.83 grams** The files you can download consist of all the pictures taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to tinker with this propeller, you should get a few **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. Use the SLDPRT files, just in case you desire to adapt the model to suit your needs. **Notice:** The airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library for python.
