The micro drone propeller has been designed after the **Drela AG35** airfoil. It was tested on the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** (test results provided below). It was printed slowly, with the help of a **[0.2 nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04 height per layer. The final part was cleaned using a **[Precision Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I got to finishing the part with a small piece of **[500 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the readings for a few voltage presets (these can also be viewed in the image files): - **1.5V** => **13.6 grams** - **2V** => **22.37 grams** - **2.5V** => **30.02 grams** - **3V** => **37.25 grams** The files that are included contain all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. Should you want to play with the propeller, make sure you have a **[8520 coreless motor](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You should use the SLDPRT files, should you desire to adapt the propeller model to suit your own needs. **Notes:** Airfoil plotted with the matplotlib library for python.
