I designed this propeller using the **Drela AG36** airfoil coordinates. All tests were performed on the **[Micro Drone Propeller Thrust Tester](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2302071)** The results can be seen below. It was printed slowly, with a **[0.2mm nozzle](http://amzn.to/2qQdFvg)** at 0.04mm layer height. I cleaned the final part using an **[X-ACTO Knife](http://amzn.to/2pV1sGA)** After this, I got to finishing the part using a **[400 grit sandpaper](http://amzn.to/2pTNwic)**. Here are the measurements for a few voltage presets (you can also view these in the images): - **1.5V** => **11.53 grams** - **2V** => **20.25 grams** - **2.5V** => **27.7 grams** - **3V** => **34.95 grams** The files you'll download consist of all shots taken during the test, with 6 text files that have all the airfoil coordinates used in the build, the printable STL files and finally the SLDPRT files. If you'd like to tinker with this propeller, you should grab a couple of **[8520 coreless motors](http://amzn.to/2qPUhi4)**. You can use the SLDPRT files, should you wish to make your own changes to the propeller. **Note:** Airfoil plotted using the matplotlib library in python.
