Dremel 3000 Lathe Attachment- 8mm Shank

Remix of Dremel 3000 support by Faklam (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3494563) I wanted to attach to my 1939 Myford Mini Lathe, so I modded with a tool post shank on the back. This shank is 8mm to fit 3/8", 10mm, and 12mm tool post options. Should be suitable for all with shims. It attaches the dremel on the the tool carriage of a lathe, so that you can perform light and medium duty milling, sanding and polishing in a controlled manner. I will test extensively, and add photos. Advisable to print standing on the base, so that the layers follow the circumference of the tool increasing the strength of the shank on the back. Print: PLA (ABS would also be more durable) I printed at a layer height of 0.25mm for better bonding and strength. Slightly worse surface finish, but its a functional part. Wall thickness is 2mm. Again for improved strength. Infill is 30% Gyroid Cura Slicer used, Uncheck "Union Overlapping Volumes" and Check "Extensive Stitching" in the (Mesh Fixes) section of the settings.
