The other version is if you like to print without or use your own support system Parts There is the Dremel Main Mount part. Intentioanlly tight tolerances There is a 0,2mm space between each hinge-parts. It means you might at first be unable to put them together if you have slight overextrude or just by normal Filament contraction. Why? I didn't want any wobble in the hinges. M4 lock-nuts insertion into the Mount Use a small plier to hold the lock-nuts and use a M4 screw to tighten up the nuts into the holes made for them in the Dremel Main Mount. 1 for each clamping mechanism. Bill of Material BOM 4x m4 20mm screws to fix the plate to tool-mount 3x m4 20mm screws for the clasping system 2x m4 lock-nuts for the clasping locking-system 1x m4 35mm screw or equivalant m3 threadding for large clamp. 1-2 m4 lock-nuts for large clamp. Total: 7x m4 20mm screws 1x m4 35mm screw / 40ish m4 threaded rod. 3-4 m4 lock nuts Credits Credits for Dremel model I found the Dremel model on Grabcad.https://grabcad.com/library/dremel-body It had almost the right dimensions.... not quite but ok for illustrations.
