The 3D40 uses everywhere magnetic latches except for the filament. To make things worse these latches are extremely easy to shear off. This fix replaces the latches on the filament door with a magnetic catch. I used Hettich "Magnetic Catch M 71/GP 1 40 N" with 4kg holding force. You should get it in every hardware store.
