Amazon filament has been replaced by Overture filament. Its the same manufacturer and spools. Its a little cheaper and better quality. Overture (formerly Amazon PETG and PLA) is cheap and works great in these dremel printers but the spools don't fit in our machines. I have a solution for this problem. 1. Take a knife and score around the edge of the amazon spool 3 times (depends how hard you push). Hold the knife against the ridge and turn the spool. Both sides. 2. Take a pair of pliers and break off the edge on both sides. It snaps off. Now the spool fits. 3. Print two of my dremel door adapters so the door can close with the wider spool and keeps the spool inside. They fit loose because it makes it easy to get them on and off. Use gradual infill and supports. I printed in Nylon but I am sure other filaments work fine. 4. Print my Amazon to Dremel spool adapter. I print using amazon PETG on the stock Dremel PETG settings and it works great. Amazon PLA works great on Dremel ECO-ABS settings. This is a work in progress. I will likely be changing refining it as time goes but it works right now. I have noticed some amazon spools have filament right up to the edge. For example the amazon wood pla spool has filament to the edge so you can't do this until you have used some. I think this is amazon not really measuring how much they put on these spools.
