Dremel 4000 mount for Sherline 5400 CNC machine, based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:599893. Printed on a Stratasys Dimension Elite using solid fill ABS and sparse support, took about 41 hours. In order to mount to the column of the machine, part "Sherline5400_ColumnMount" must be machined, preferably out of aluminum for rigidity. The column adapter is from http://www.hteck.ca/lathe-mill/Dremel_headstock/dremel-headstock.html. We decided to create this part and not use the entire design from that site due to machining time -- we figured we'd rather let the printer take care of it than babysit the CNC.
