Your printer should be printing accurately to make the threads work, otherwise threads may not fit. Threads will be smoother after a few mounting and unmounting. Print a little hotter for better layer adhesion, if it breaks inside the Dremel 225 Flex Shaft, you will have bad time removing it. Since the part will not get so hot, a good PLA that has good layer adhesion will work just fine. If you want to print with ABS, you have to scale the part in X and Y axes according to your ABS shrinkage rate. EDIT : Long version is added tor better clearance. I advise you to print the long model.
