Dremel Bit Case

Dremel Bit Case

A reinforced, over-engineered Dremel bit storage box! This requires no hardware. I made this to work with my Dremel Lite to bring bits with me. As both the Dremel and Bit case is portable, its the perfect hand-in-hand combination! INSTRUCTIONS: The model you will download here is the exact print configuration it needs. When its done printing (toy with the settings, theres a lot of room for adjustment depending on how durable you want it), make sure all the parts are to your liking. You will need: - Some sort of Glue/Resin (I highly recommend super glue) - 4 Brain Cells (2 can work in a pinch) Take the horseshoe bit holders and place them in the 6 slots you see inside the box. Attach them with your glue. You can either place them straight up, or at 55 degrees facing away from eachother depending on how you want it to hold them. Let dry, ensure strength. Take the pins and the lid. The objective is to glue both sides of each pin with the lid attached to where the pins are anchored to the box but the lid can move freely. The pins wont be removeable, but thats the price you pay for no hardware. This is designed to take a few hits, but it should be treated with respect. It is a 3D printed box after all. The hinges are reinforced as you'll see on the model. The box walls and lid are also pretty thick. The design on the top of the lid is a cutting wheel bit. Post your makes and enjoy!
