Dremel CNC Upgraded v2

A lot of people have made additions/upgrades/remixes on the original DIY Dremel CNC by Nikodem Bartnik. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3004773 This is my REMIX on his work. (For a reason that I don't know, I cannot declare my thing as a remix inside the edit form of thingiverse) I want to give my credits and thanks to this guy (Nikodem) for the work he did , the time he spended, and all the information and inspiration he gave us with his creation. This is my upgraded version of the dremel (without dremel anymore) CNC. My goal was to make the original cnc better , using mostly printed parts and keeping the cost as low as I can. After working some days with the original design, I decided to do some changes that will make this cnc better. So, I redesigned it, with double rods on the Y direction, and all the printed parts were made again (base on the source file that Nikodem gave us for Fusion 360). I have also change the X dimension of the original size, giving 9cm more. I think this is almost the limit for the X axis dimension on this design. The reason is, that the more bigger the X axis get, the less rigid the whole construction become. I'm still working on a new upgrade for the X axis motion, but this will be another remix. I have tested the cnc with wood, plywood, aluminum, copper and brass, and it does a really good job. You just have to "play" with the speeds and feeds for each material. - BOM Nema 17 stepper motors with drivers x 4 arduino uno x1 cnc shield x 1 PBS-110 Normally Closed Push Button x 6 (for limit switches) Metallic or plastic 20x20 mm corner 90 degree angle trim for the cable chain on X and Y axis 500w spindle motor x 1 12mm stainless steel rods T8x8 lead screw anti-backlash lead screw nuts 608zz x 5 LM12UU x 8 LM12LUU x 2 M3 x 10, x15, x20, x25, x30 scews M3 safety nuts M6 square nuts for the spindle base x4 M6 threaded hex drive insert fixing wood screw inserts nuts I will make soon an excel file (based on Nikodem's) with the full BOM Feel free to contact me for any questions. ..and HAVE FUN!
