This is a holder for a Dremel Moto-Tool Model 395 Mod 4. The holder is designed to hold the Dremel without the stamped sheet metal nose piece. The screw holes are for 1/4" or 6mm screws. This is designed to sit directly on the top of the lathe's compound slide and to hold the tool centerline at the lathe spindle centerline. A hole is set up for a height-adjustment screw if desired. The quick-change tool post is a wedge style of AXA size. I printed this from PLA with a 0.2mm height, 10 layers of shell and a 100% fill in a honeycomb pattern. 45 C degrees build platform temperature, 210 C degrees extruder temperature. It is very stiff for this application. It is not suitable for grinding precise workpieces because the bearings in the Dremel are quite poor. I'd use a toolpost grinder if I needed more precision.
