This is my first model, so I'm excited to offer it to the community! Update 1_20_14: I have uploaded a longer rod for wider filaments. Look for the taller spool mount and spool adapters in other uploads. A near exact replica of the rod that is included with the Dremel Idea Builder 3D printer. This print will need supports, and AutoCAD123 Mesh Mixer is great software to automatically generate these supports. http://www.123dapp.com/meshmixer I've included an .stl with supports built in, so you can print in a vertical fashion. If you plan on using a larger spool of filament, instead of Dremel's proprietary variety, you will probably need to raise the filament holder as well. Stay tuned for spool adapters and expanded/raised holders. Instructions At bare minimum, print vertically with supports at .30 microns. Horizontal prints haven't given me the results that I'm looking for so far... I've done fine with 2 shells, yet 3 seems to be the magic number. Also, a 15% infill works just dandy. If you have a heavy spool of filament, or if you want it to look a little prettier, then I'd boost the infill, yet otherwise, 15% works perfectly.
