Dremel Model 395 Flexible coupler

My well used dremel tool stopped working and after taking it apart I found that the flexible rubber coupler between the motor and the output shaft had disintegrated. I took some rough measurements with some calipers designed a replacement. This is the first thing I have printed with flexible filament and the the splines didn't come out well with a lot of detail, but it went together and seems to do the job. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: Thing-O-Matic Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20 Notes: I used PolyFlex filament and I haven't done anything to figure out the correct settings. I also had to get out my old ToM and modify it to print flexible filament and I hadn't used that printer for awhile. If I printed it again I would use a higher infill.
