Dremel / Ozito Flexi Attachment [Vertically Mounted] Sander/Grinder

This is a sanding/grinding table add-on with the Flexi attachment mounted vertically for better access to the sanding drum. If you have the Dremel Flexi attachment, then it comes with a plastic clamp to suspend the tool to use the Flexi attachment. The Black clamp, in the 2nd picture is the one that comes with the attachment. This item is designed as a universal clamp fitting, specifically for this Black clamp. And this is an add-on for the Flexi Tool attachment to be used with this clamp. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Full Metal Aluminum Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 - 30% Notes: This Thingi has been designed in 3 pieces to snap fit together to avoid, as much as possible, the use of any supports. Only the bbSandingBoxV2-2.stl needs supports. The other 2 parts don't need any support. Infill of 25 to 30% will give it more strength. Post-Printing Assembly Some filing and tidying is needed to make the parts fit together. Assemble them in this order: Snap the bbUniversalDremelClampHex into the (grey) base. Insert the Flexi tool and adjust its height as needed. Tighten it in place with a screw+nut. Finally snap in the Sanding table. Just be careful with this part as the feet may snap off. For a more permanent solution, the table can be glued down to the long grey piece. But don't glue the (a) bbSandingBaseV2Hex to the (b) bbUniversalDremelClampHex as this item (b) will be reused in other projects I have in mind since it custom fits the Black clamp which conveniently fixes to any table. How I Designed This This was designed in Sketchup 2016 with the idea of making the clamp fitting usable in other projects.. The Sketchup files are included for editing / customisation.
