Dremel Router Base

Dremel Router Base

This is an attachment I made for my Black and Decker RTX, which is also compatible with Dremel attachments. I wanted a modular router base for my rotary tool that had an adjustable fence, so I could accurately hand-chamfer some parts. Use the Blank Insert for a flat base, or use the Fence part for an adjustable fence stop. Designed to use M3 hardware to secure the inserts, and 5/16 hex hardware for the adjustable standoffs. The circles around the corners of the Base part are intended to help with bed adhesion. My first two prints with ABS warped badly, but the additional discs helped considerably. Cut the disks off the corners when the print is finished.
