This is a drill bit and tool holder for the dremel workstation (drill press). Original Inventor Autodesk IPT files included. UPDATE: Uploaded new STL and IPT files with slight changes to hole dimensions for better fit. Also added images of the printed part. Instructions Made using the Makerbot Replicator 2X ... ABS 0.2mm layer height print at 230C. HIPS used as support and printed with HIPS raft. Support dissolved in Dlimonene with an ultrasonic bath. ... Print the holder.stl and knob.stl ... the knob can be printed without support ... the holder requires support only because the underside is a hollow shell. This shell can be removed and holder-no-shell.stl can be used to print the holder without support as well. Use an M4 25mm long cap head machine screw and nut (standard pitch). This machine screw should be glued and hammered into the knob with super strong cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
