This is a fully adjustable Shelf Pin Jig for drilling machines. Default settings are optimized for 5mm pins, with a 32mm hole-hole spacing and a 37mm hole-edge distance (for versions featuring a fence). The design includes ball bearings or guide bushings to reinforce and guide the drill path. The jigsaw puzzle can be printed with or without a fence. Important considerations include: - Setting the bearing/bushing cut-out diameter too narrow can cause material to bend, especially on flat (no fence) versions, so experimentation may be necessary. - During use, it's essential to apply tight clamping pressure to the workpiece, as the drill can move the jig. - Don't forget to engage the depth stop when drilling for accurate results.
