I use the Drok 090638 Buck Boost converter with automotive diagnostic tools to ensure the tool always gets 12v even during battery sags or alternator spikes. I made this enclosure to keep the board safe. The "pins" are a little fidgety to install, but once installed stay put and allow you to operate the memory and on/off buttons without removing the top. The slots in the bottom are primarily to save material, but also provide a convenient way to mount the enclosure if you like - there is a couple mm of clearance between the floor and the board for a screw head. The ears on the side allow you secure the input and output leads with zip ties so they don't dangle. Please note: The enclosure is kind of an interference fit - it's about .5mm too small in one direction to keep the board located. Should be fine! I've printed about a half dozen of these things and the tolerances are spot on for the boards I have, but do a test fit and make adjustments if necessary - it's hard to anticipate your printer and Drok's manufacturing. ;) Also worth noting - this is literally the first thing I have ever designed and the second thing I have ever printed, so take that for what you will. ;) Print Settings Printer: DaVinci 1.1+ Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% is fine, could go lower I think How I Designed This Used Sketchup 2017
