My take on a brush-less motor holder / clamp / wrench for holding brushless motors when tightening propeller. Designed to be a 2 part print / assembly using TPU (flexible) as insert. Larger part was printed in PLA. You could substitute a thin piece of rubber (old bike tire?) This thing is sized for 27.5 mm motor can diameter and should work for motors a little larger or smaller and For larger sized motors..could be sized in slicer using change scaling feature. Used shoe glue adhesive to cement tpu in place... worked for me. Some thoughts to consider: Place wrench (centered) on upper part of motor where bearing cross member intersect motor can..you don't want to deform the motor can / housing Could be used as torque wrench by "learned" applied pressure. Torque of over tightening the nut of the propeller... can / could crack propeller...u get a feel for these king of things
