This is a replacement part for JCPenney blinds purchased in 2003. The cord clips of the original plastic drum broke and the blinds sagged. The replacement fixed the problem. The drum has reinforced cord clips and is more compact than the original. It's 40mm long and a 4x4mm rod can go through it.
