<p>A spool hanger bracket for your drybox, designed to work with a 32mm dowel rod. The angle was meant to match a <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/Ziploc-WeatherShield-Quart-Storage-Clear/dp/B00MWTJXHS">44qt Ziploc WeatherShield storage box</a> (Amazon link, non affiliate) but probably it'll work with most similar containers, so long as they're about 2mm thick.
