Dryer D-pin Control Knob (Easy Print)

Dryer D-pin Control Knob (Easy Print)

I threw together a quick and minimalist part for a dryer starter as ours broke. The main beneficiary of this loves it, so I figured I'd share it for the lazy who doesn't feel like loading up a full 3D CAD software or coding it up in SCAD. Its a D-pin style knob with a 6mm diameter and a 2mm chord length. The outer knob diameter is 45mm and the handle has a 15 degree offset from vertical. (Sketches included for reference.) Apologies for the poor photo of the actual print. Printing: This was printed at a slightly modified 0.2mm SPEED in PrusaSlicer with PLA+. No supports necessary, was designed to print flat on the bed. Infill: I printed at 20%, but if you want it to feel more solid, I'd suggest increasing the infill. Time: ~30m. Difficulty: So long as the XY dimensions on your printer are correct, this print should be about as easy as they come. I may do a recreation in SCAD, but if you'd like me to upload the fusion file, just leave a comment.
