I have several pictures and wall decor that have wooden frames with slots cut in them for hanging over the end of a screw. I wanted something that would push into the drywall and hold the pictures, but not leave so much of a mess in the drywall when removed. I had no problems pushing into my drywall walls with just my thumb, but you may need some light taps with a hammer to set it.
