Here is an holder for a DS18B20 temperature probe. It is used to monitor the temperature of my swimming pool water. My pipe has an external diameter of 50 cm. The body and the blocker cap have to be glued together, so the probe can't escape due to the water pressure. I've put a bit of silicon between the pipe and the holder to prevent leaks. Feel free to edit the source files as you want (freecad).
